More Events – View Events Calendar Recent Accomplishments & Events * Assistant Professor Anthony Colangelo presented A Jurisdictional Theory of Double Jeopardy at the Stanford/Yale Junior Faculty Forum at Yale Law School on June 20, 2008. The forum alternates each year between Stanford and Yale, and encourages the work of leading young academics with one to seven years teaching experience by providing an opportunity for high-level discussion of their scholarly work. A small number of papers are selected through a highly competitive process of blind selection by a jury of senior academics from a variety of legal fields. Senior scholars then comment on and lead discussions on the work of the selected scholars. The commentator on Colangelo’s paper was the Dean of Yale Law School, Harold Hongju Koh. Moreover, Colangelo’s paper will be published by Washington University Law review.
